Short Description:

Food production is becoming more and more transparent for customers – resulting in growing requirements for product safety and quality management. During their food technology studies, TH OWL students get the opportunity to create their own foods. The degree program teaches them the skills they need to develop, plan, organize, implement and optimize complex procedures in production – in both industry and trades, as well as for supplier companies.
